Project Manager at NITO. Working daily in the Competence Centre of the Norwegian Society of Engineers and Technologists. Close contact with technologists and engineers across the country.
AI swarms since November 2025. Started with four parallel Claude instances in a terminal. It became a system with seed architecture, factory mode, a persona library, and 73+ swarm projects (and counting).
